Villa’s philosophy has always been to provide quality
products at competitive prices, resulting in strict quality
standards and procedures being part of the standard company
systems. This has been a cornerstone of the company’s
development over many years by making sure that all
products are produced to meet market trends and customer
needs, and this has resulted in Villa receiving many
accolades in recent years.
All products are distributed nationwide from both the
Sunderland and Washington sites, using either Villa’s
own delivery vehicles or approved contract hauliers.
Computerised systems are used to keep track of order status
and are linked to the company’s manufacturing systems
to ensure customers’ requirements are met in a
planned and orderly environment.
Villa’s extensive production capabilities can
offer a wide range of packaging including standard paper
labelling, plastic labels and metallised labels in numerous
sizes and formats in PET or glass, sports caps, multi pack
in cardwrap or shrinkwrap and printed shrinkwrap. Since the
investment in 1999 in sleeving equipment, which when
installed was the fastest on-line sleeving facility in the
UK Soft Drinks Industry, Villa can now offer fully sleeved
bottles in addition to these standard formats.
